Capital upgrades that raise simultaneous capacity from 50–60 students toward the site's potential of about 200: additional solar and battery capacity, shading and cooling, internet and electrical infrastructure, and sanitation rehabilitation.
Capital works are confirmed through technical assessment and supplier quotations before funding is committed.
