Keeps Riva Hub open, running and online every day.

Omar runs Riva Hub on the ground. He pairs hands-on technical skill with the day-to-day management the space needs, so the doors stay open and the work never stops.

When the network drops, a switch fails or a workstation needs attention, Omar is the person who finds the fault and gets students back online, often within minutes. Between fixes, he keeps the hub organised, the equipment maintained and the daily routine running.

Othman Barhoum

Represents Riva Hub to the world beyond Gaza.

Othman carries Riva Hub's voice outside Gaza. From Scotland, he leads the project's public relations and communications, and looks after the official and legal side of operating across borders.

He handles the formal steps that come with support arriving from abroad, keeps the project's outside relationships in good standing, and acts as Riva Hub's point of contact for partners and supporters beyond Gaza.

The team is in place. The funding is what's missing.
